Grime music superstar Tinchy Stryder hails from Bow in East London, and has been referred to by Rewind Magazine as the "Prince of Grime". Having first gained fame performing on pirate radio stations in his early teens, he became prominent in the underground scene after constantly going on radio and performing live shows with Wiley and Dizzee Rascal.
His first major label single 'Take Me Back' hit the UK top five, and this was swiftly followed by two number ones 'Number One' (a duet with N-Dubz) and 'Never Leave You' (a duet with Sugababe Amelle Berrabah). Debut album 'Catch 22' was also a top three UK hit.
Throughout their career N-Dubz have strived to become masters of the melody, kings of the chorus and rulers of the adlib - simply put they balance straight-up pop smashes with a street smart style and their music is for everyone. Three years ago they were practically unknown but through hard work and perserverence they’ve cultivated a wide and loyal fanbase and now all across the country people know them by their signature catchphrases of ‘Na-na-niiii’!
Grime MC Devlin first came to the public's attention in 2006 with his Tales from the Crypt mixtape. One of the longlist on last year's BBC Sound of 2010 poll, Devlin tells tales of conspiracy theories, politics and Pavarotti over some of the freshest grime beats.
