White Belt Yellow Tag are Justin Lockey & Craig Pilbin. Lockey comes from the scatted remnants of Yourcodenameis:Milo, while Pilbin is a fellow member of the local Newcastle music scene; Justin knew his way around a studio and Craig had a bunch of songs he wanted to try out. Within weeks they had amassed a bunch of amazing songs that teetered somewhere between the glacial grind of Slint and the soaring majesty of Doves – dramatic, tense & uplifting.
